Russia has established a network of youth movements across occupied parts of Ukraine aimed at indoctrinating and militarizing children. This article focuses on the opening of the “Academy of Friendship of Peoples Akhmat,” examining its ideological objectives, sources of funding, and the key figures involved in the indoctrination and subsequent militarization of Ukrainian children in the occupied Luhansk region.
